We are currently only shipping domestic orders via tracked packet service. This means every order will have a tracking number and up to $100 of insurance for loss or damages.

We can also customize some of our clothing items in terms of cut and style. The only thing we currently can't do, is art on demand. This means that while we can definitely add your favorite fandom to our print work list, these are typically only worked on during down time.

All Oddity Apparel clothing can be machine washed inside out in cold water and hung to dry. No bleach, no dryers, no hot water! This will keep your garment looking great.

Each pixel is made from tiny glass seed beads. Each individual bead is sewn to the beads above, below and to either side. These pendants are super durable. But like any jewelry, keeping it away from dust when not wearing it, not wearing it during intense activities (sports etc.) or in water (shower, swimming etc.) will prolong its life span.

Each clothing listing has an image of our sizing chart. All styles are available from size XS to 3X and some even go up to 5x!

If you're not sure what size you would be, simply take your measurements (waist, hip, bust) and compare it to the chart.

Being plus size myself, I try my best to add notes to listings where sizing may run either small or big. If unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll find the right size for you.

Most of our clothing has a 4-6 week processing time, This time is used to make your piece as per the size you ordered. If you have a convention or event happening sooner, we unfortunately cannot rush these items.

Please contact us with the date of your event (before purchase!), as well as the item and size you need and we can give you an estimate of how long it will take to arrive.

We are not responsible for items that are delivered after your due date. Processing time and an estimated ship by date will be included on your invoice. We can accept returns of unworn items, but there will be a 25% restocking fee and the shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

There are NO returns or refunds on custom made items.

Unfortunately, all orders on made to order items placed after November 5th 2018 will not arrive in time for holiday gift giving (except socks). Ready to ship items will arrive in time for all orders shipping to the United States and Canada as long as they are purchased before December 17th.

Angelyques Pixels and Oddity Apparel will be out of the workshop from Decemebr 22nd to January 2nd for my own holiday family time. I can't wait to get back in the workshop (well rested!) on the 2nd.

The short answer is yes. But this cannot be done on an existing purchase. Increasing the length of a garment does use more fabric to achieve. As such, the cost for a longer dress will be higher.

Longer dresses are currently only available as a special order. Please contact me using etsy's conversation feature for pricing and the creation of a custom order.

Changes in length cannot be made on existing orders.

We will be accepting exchanges beyond our traditional time frame on holiday purchases.

All items purchased between November 1st and December 20th 2018 are eligible for exchanges until January 10th 2019. Requests for exchanges must be made via conversation feature by no later than January 7th 2019. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer for both the return and new item shipping.

Please allow standard processing times for exchanges on made to order items. (4-6 weeks)
